Our trip is reserved for July 13-19, 2025! It is a Private trip for Restoring Warriors members and their family members. There is a 32 person MAX for the trip, and it will be reserved on a first come first served basis. There is a $100 deposit per person to reserve your spot!

PAYING FOR YOUR TRIP

Total trip cost = $1,670.00* + airfare. (SEE CHART BELOW FOR GROUP DISCOUNTS)
We value long-term partners who are willing to financially support the work that Bold Hope participates in around the world. One of the benefits of becoming a monthly donor is a mission trip discount (details below).

*Please note that we have a tiered pricing structure:
0-7 trips participants: $1670
8-11 trip participants: $1570
12+ trip participants: $1470
The first 7 people to sign up will see the higher trip price. As each threshold is reached, our system will automatically reduce the price. Please communicate this clearly to your team to avoid confusion.

Each individual or family who signs up for your trip will have access to their own personal fundraiser (think along the lines of GoFundMe). They can edit the fundraiser and share a link with friends and family. Any money that gets donated through this link will go directly to their Bold Hope account. If the church or a donor would like to make a payment towards the entire team, they may do so using this Team Pay Link .

What is the best way to donate or contribute to your trip?

ONLINE! Via your unique trip link that can be found by logging into your mission trip account. 

**Please consider covering the processing and transaction fee so we get 100% of your donation.**

Fundraising can be a great way of paying for your trip and inviting others to participate in ministry. Check out our fundraising guide for a sample support letter and more details on how to fundraise! Please be sure to include your payment due dates so donors know when to give by. 

Provide your unique link to donors so they can give directly to your trip. If people give checks, be sure to have them made out to Bold Hope and sent to you. Once you collect all your checks, please send them together to our office with your name and trip on a note.

We will send out training booklets once your team roster has been finalized. Please let us know when everyone has signed up so that we can mail these out to you. In addition, you'll have access to training videos in your Bold Hope account (or at this link ). We recommend holding four total meetings - one interest meeting and three pre-trip preparation meetings...the outline for how these videos were designed to be used is below:

We cannot book hotels until closer to the trip date. You will receive hotel information within a month of your trip. You will need the address for your customs form on your flight. 
 

ROOM UPGRADES

Bold Hope typically puts 4 people in each hotel room. We offer single or double room options for an upgrade fee.

If you would like a Room Upgrade, please let a Trip Leader know by 3.25.2025

Please note that most countries require passports to be valid at least 6 months past your dates of travel. 

A detailed schedule will be provided for you in the weeks leading up to your trip. A general outline of what to expect can be found on your trip page.  

Online predators are now using information posted on social media sites to carry out "virtual kidnapping" schemes (in addition to "arrest" or "hospitalization" schemes). Virtual kidnapping is a criminal attempt to extort money from victims by convincing them that a loved one has been kidnapped and that they must pay a ransom to secure their safety. Although no one is in any real danger, their loved ones are extorted because the threat feels real.

Here a few tips to keep yourself and your friends/family safe:

• Be careful about what is posted online about upcoming travel. Use social media privacy tools to keep the information available to just your friend group. (Please note: Bold Hope will never post identifying information in our social media posts)
• Check to see if your phone number or email is publicly viewable on your social accounts and make them private.
• Discuss these scenarios with family members prior to travel.
• Have a prearranged codeword that only the traveler and family members know, so you confirm whether or not your traveler is really in danger or need of assistance.
