My name is Sean Nealon, and I am a devoted follower of Christ, a single father of three incredible boys, a Real Estate business owner and investor, and an active servant in my church community. My journey has been marked by God's grace, leading me through numerous trials and ultimately transforming my life.
I have personally experienced the depths of addiction, struggling with drugs and alcohol for years. By the grace of God, I have been sober since February 25, 2018. Along the way, I’ve faced significant challenges, including divorce, dissolved business partnerships, difficult breakups, and the complexities of single fatherhood. Yet, through it all, my faith in Christ has been my anchor.
My greatest passion is my children. Every day, I strive to be the best example of Christian leadership for them. We pray together, talk about Jesus, worship as a family, and take on tough challenges to strengthen our bond and character.
I am also deeply passionate about men's ministry because I believe that men and their mental health have been neglected by society. There is often no outlet for men to express their emotions, leading to destructive behaviors such as rage, addiction, dissociation, work addiction, self-sabotage, and isolation. These issues can tear families apart, create distance in marriages, and lead to divorce. I am a product of all these struggles, and men's ministry has been crucial in my life, teaching me the hardest lessons and guiding me onto a path that serves myself, my family, and the Lord.
Physical and mental challenges have always been a significant part of my life. As a lifelong athlete, I’ve pushed myself to compete in bodybuilding, Ultra Distance Obstacle course racing, and Muay Thai competitions. Beyond physical endurance, I regularly engage in deep trauma therapy to keep my mind sharp and ensure I continue to grow as a father, leader, and disciple of Christ.
